2ND WEEK OF SCHOOL!

Last Friday went to meet the clique and didn't go for the LRM Orientation. But I paid up the 20 dollars. Haha sounds a bit stupid uh, but I think at least should pay for the t-shirt and file right. Somehow they will bug you for the money soon. Well I have fun playing with all their laptops. Well I think every Friday will be the gathering left aside for the clique unless I need to stay back for some projects. I wish to have a notebook but it's okay. I should be satisfied with my current desktop. Like what I mentioned in the previous post, why should I demand for a notebook whereby my brother did not had it. And I asked my senior, she say not really necessary, it is only for project purposes. Anyway if I have the money (HAHA), I still can buy it anytime until 30 April 2009 because TP website wrote this:
"The Temasek Polytechnic Student Notebook Ownership Committee has worked with another tertiary education institute and computer vendors for the period from 1 April 2008 to 30 March 2009 to offer affordable notebook systems for our students and staff at attractive prices and with up-to-date technology."
Well I shall see how.

And I should be joining touch rugby as CCA! I have decided, if it somehow affected my grades, I will quit. Seriously, going to a school with no PE really make me suffers! So that's why I decided to join a sport CCA. Tomorrow there will be a touch-rugby match in sport complex. I wonder what is it about. I am going. Firstly, I end school at 6pm anyway and it starts at 7.15pm. Secondly, it is only 45mins. So the most I reach home about 9pm, I still can catch mine 9pm channel 55 show. I can always watch repeats at 12am since I start school at 11am the next day.

Projects are coming in now. I must be a good 'time manager'!

HOW'S EVERYONE IN THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL?

I have finished my first day of school and it starts at 9am and ended at 11am. Cool uh? It is because that there is no tutorial! If there is tutorial, I will end at 1pm. Today I went to school myself. As usual, took Mrt to Toa Payoh and took Bus 8 after that. Then after awhile, I saw Magdalene, Leonard Koh, Geraleine coming up to the bus. I chatted with Leonard for awhile and I saw Amy and Steffi coming up to the bus. It is like so ... what a coincidence uh? Yeah then go into the school together with Amy and Steffi. At first, I thought we will have like nothing much to talk. But in the end, it was alright. First thing I go to lecture room was to say "Hi!" Lecture starts at 9am and finished at 10.30am (supposedly 11am). Obviously everyone will be like "Yeah yeah! School ends already! ... " Then Amy and I waited for Steffi to finish her lessons. We lunched at Business School canteen. It is small but I heard their Western food was nice. I can see from the lonnnnnnggggggg queue. Despite the nice food at Western stall, we went to the Char Siew Rice stall instead. I ordered Curry Chicken Cutlet Noodle. It is nice. Of course, it has mine favourite POTATO inside, some more it is CURRY! Then after that Amy and Steffi went to collect their ez-link card. Mine have to wait till next week. Probably I have applied too late. Well I have to use my current secondary ez-link card for the time being. Then we three took Bus 8 back to Toa Payoh Interchange. Amy and I went to bubble tea before heading home. Seriously I should enjoy this week. It is like no tutorial, guess what? I start school at 2pm tomorrow.

I don't know if I should buy notebook, it is like so expensive. My brother also never buy, why should I demand my parents to buy for me. But I think some how it will be more convenient right.

I also not sure what CCA I should join. I wanted to join touch rugby but my brother said his friend's rugby training in the evening from 5pm to 9pm, 3 days a week. Then her results flunked like shit. She has no choice but to quit the CCA. It is quite true. I end school like so late everyday except for Monday. Maybe I can find a CCA on Saturday? Although sacrifice my time for family and friends but it is still better than having CCA almost everyday after school. Some more I stay so far from the school. Well shall see how, see Qianhan want to join what also. Then I can go home with her after CCA.

BUSINESS OEI! OEI! BUSINESS OEI! OEI! BUSINESS OEI! SAH SAH OEI!
Yeah Business won again in Freshmen Orientation! It is the fourth time in a row!

Orientation was quite fun with all the cheering and laughter. Most importantly, making new friends. Taking a step to start talking to people at first was alright for me. But when I want to continue chatting, it is really hard sometimes. There is not much common topics among my classmates. Definitely, there will be some talkative ones which is really friendly and nice to talk to. Making fun of each other is another way we communicate. My class have more girls than boys. Yea, we did a lot of cheers during the orientation. The SLs were really at a high mood.

Yea after orientation, took Bus 8 with Qianhan to Toa Payoh. We both actually wanted to meet the clique but Qianhan said she was tired. So I took MRT to meet the clique and she took bus home. I meet them at Mos. Wah I really miss the girls. I really miss those time talking and joking with girls. Then after that slacked around the bubble tea shop. I hope that there will be such gathering again! (:

HEY HEY HOW'S EVERYONE IN SCHOOL?

Temasek Polytechinc is the last to start school. Tomorrow and 18th will be the orientation day! I kinda look-forward to it. And also I will be going to school with Qianhan! I hope I can make new friends, I am anti-social (HAHAHA). It is been long since I attend orientation except for the one in Sec 1. But at least in Sec 1, there are some KCPians unlike now. I will be in a totally new environment. There will be more presentation, more project works and no more slacking as every piece of works will graded. After the orientation, officially I am starting school on 21st of April! Then means I have lesser time for online games. In addtion, I did not bought myself a notebook. Yea of course I wish to see the clique soon!

Sunday 5th April 2008:
Went temple with Mum and Brother in the morning. After that took bus to Ang Mo Kio (haha, again) to meet the clique. It is counted as last gathering before everyone starts school. I need to go temple in the morning so in I didn't get to join them at KBox. When everyone reached, we went to play pool. Played pool till around 5.30pm and we settled our dinner at Sumo. I ordered Fried Udon! Yummy yummy! Bought bubble tea and headed home. Mum cooked curry chicken for dinner, obviously I will eat right. It has my favourite potato! I am such a glutton hahaha. Luckily she said I don't have to eat rice.

Went gym in the morning with Qianhan, Jerlin and Shuying. It's been long since I exercised. Sometime it is rather nice to sweat after all. Yea then went J8 to shop around before heading home to bathe. Met Ah Ma to go Bugis after bathing. I showed Qianhan the Mario Shirt I wanted to buy and she said she will be sharing with me! Yeah! At Bugis, each of us bought a checkered top except Ah Ma. Then we saw this belt at Bugis selling at 15 dollars. If we were to go Chinatown buy the buckle and the rubber tape, it is like so much cheaper and it is easy to make too. Then I told my mum about it when I got home, she told me that D.I.Y stuffs sure are cheaper. But I seriously think the one at Bugis is really expensive. Then after that wanted to buy silver grey skinny jeans however it does not have my size. I have to wait for like 2 weeks before the next stock-taking. I saw this green drop-shouldered top that is rather nice at Myphosis but it is not displaying anymore. I wonder if I should take a look and buy?

Tomorrow will be playing badminton with the same people. I hope it does not rain! Well I really need to catch some sleep now. It's been a habit that I slept at 2-3am everyday. I must change the habit!
