Two more days to my birthday! Can't wait to dine at the Crystal Jade at Holland V with my family. XIAO LONG BAO XIAO LONG BAO XIAO LONG BAO XIAO LONG BAO XIAO LONG BAO, crazy me uh? Food never fail to make me happy. I will be going for a sushi buffet with Abigail next week. I have been craving for sushi lately so I thought of going there to satisfy myself. I have so many junk food at home awaiting for me after I have brought them from Penang.

I have been watching Fringe recently and I get caught addicted to it. I would say it is one of my favourites as I seldom would watch shows online. I shall continue tonight after my Wellness Summit briefing held in school.

When I am on my way to the swimming complex, I came across the Girl Guides Headquarter. I have never failed to recall how active were I in my CCA when I was in secondary school. I kinda regretted that I was not actively involved in any CCAs while I was in my polytechnic years. There's nothing I can do now as I am heading to my last semester of polytechnic. I can't wait to go back to school but I would not wish to graduate that soon.

9th Oct is a day for me to count my blessings that I am able to live on this earth for another year. I admit that I used to be very selfish last time and I wish that everyone would be beside me during my birthday week But this year, it feels different. I thought that spending my special day with my family is enough already. I can't wait for the dinner on Saturday night with unlimited supply of Xiao Long Baos (:

11th Oct will be my last day working at the zoo. I missed the environment and the friendly colleagues there. However I told myself that I need some free time too before school starts. Apparently I don't have much free time as I am preoccupied with Wellness Submit which stretches from 12-15th Oct. And again, I am not sure if I have made the wrong choice again to quit the job. Some of my friends asked why am I so busy with working. Upon thinking, I do not born with a silver spoon. I need to earn my own bread and butter too. But this time, I chose to quit. I would take this as a short break before I head back to my hectic schedule in school.

Away from Singapore - Penang

Penang indeed brings back many memories for my parents and my brother. However it does not happen to me as I was only four years old when I first visited there. Everything is nice there except for the toilets. Put that aside, the food there was awesome! It is not only tasteful but cheap too. You can get a bowl of delicious Penang Laksa at RM$3 which is equal to less than SGD$1.50. People there are nice too.

This uncle is famous for his pancake which is also known as Apom Guan. Apom meant pancake while Guan is part of his name. It is skinned with egg and filled with cut bananas and sweet corns. It only cost RM$0.30 for one. It is worth waiting though he could only cook 9 pieces at a time. Usually people will buy 20-30 pieces. This uncle is well-versed in English too so non-Malay or Mandarin speaking customers can still buy from him. Yummy yummy!

All I can say Penang has really nice food, not forgetting to mention their Cuttlefish with Kang Kong, Kway Teow Thn'g and Lor Bak too! And the Char Kway Teow that my relative cook for us with extra prawns! They are quite famous for that, you can visit them at Tanjong Tokong.

Now I am back to country of reality - Singapore!

Since I am starting work late tomorrow, here I am blogging about my thoughts. Yesterday marks the end of Inaugural Youth Olympic Games. Though I was not very active in this event but I am still proud with Singapore young athletes' achievements!

I will tender my resignation to zoo soon as I want to have a break before I start school. At the same time, I would want to put my full commitments to family, school and blogshop. Time passed so fast that I am taking my last semester in October! And I will be turning nineteen in 9th Oct which meant 1 more year to 2-. Let's hope it will be a fulfilling year while I continue to work hard and play hard!

Meetup on the 24th with KCP Clique to 'celebrate' Shuying's departure to Korea. We were discussing our Graduation Trip (in March/April) which comes to a conclusion on that night - Australia. In fact, I do not mind going but there could be changes till everything is confirmed.

Some day, I will go backpacking alone or with a partner. Starting from Asia!

Went J8 to buy lunch then I realise today was a National Day celebration for all primary and secondary schools'. The shopping centres were filled with students who are wearing red and white. What a memory couple of years ago. Though sometimes I could quite be whiny about being a Singaporean and wanted myself to be migrated to countries such as Japan and Australia. However come to think of it, I don't think I will do it because Singapore is my roots of everything. I really wonder why some foreigners would want to live in Singapore permanently as I really find Singaporeans kiasu, like to complain, hot-tempered, too fast-paced etc. I asked my mum this question before and she told it was because of Singapore being peaceful as a country which I thought it was quite true.

Working has allowed me to came across people from all walks of life. As usual, I tend to stereotype these people. For example, you can see the difference between Caucasians living in other countries and Singapore. I realise some of the Caucasians who live in Singapore have become like a Singaporean who always put on a we-own-them face. However some of them still possess the friendly character. Among all the guests I have came across, Japanese and Australian are the most friendly. However I still see some heart-warming scenes from Singaporeans, especially on SBS bus. You will see people giving up seats to elderly and children compared to last time.

Staying at home the whole day trying to finish up portfolio as much as possible. I was supposed to end work at 3pm tomorrow which can allow me to finish up my portfolio but I was asked to go for some emergency training which stretches till 9pm :/

Sorry TPians, I can't join you all for Sugarloaf, I am just not good when it comes to managing time. National Day in 3 more days! I cannot wait to watch the parade on TV!

It's been two month since I last blogged. Came to think of it, I have this blog for almost 6 years since last post was on November 2004! While I went back to read what I have written last time, I can't stop laughing and find myself childish.

Been rather busy to struggle both my internship programme and blogshop. However internship programme is finally over! No more waking up before 6am again and pay is higher now = more money for my desires. I found myself just cannot stop spending, be it on food or shopping. I have decided to rebond my hair despite the chemical spoiling my hair. One of the reasons was that my curl is back and I have this ugly tying mark due to long period of tying hair almost everyday. I have decided to do it before I am going for my Taiwan trip (2 more weeks!) as I could let my hair down for at least 5 days. Oh and I am going to Bali organised by the school in October. I have to pay first before claiming the money from PSEA.

Bali Trip deposit + Rebonding hair = $250 (Time to save up!)

Lastly, someone please give me motivation to do my portfolio! I cannot stop procrastinating.

Please feed me some determination tablets.

Evan Taubenfeld's debut album is finally out! But I am unable to buy it from Itunes Singapore, it costs only USD$6.99! And because it is not selling in Itunes Singapore, I missed out the items that he is given out to his fans - his signed poster!! Alright I shall wait for his hard copy, please have it in Singapore real soon! I want to try download it online but I can't seem to find the mp3 files Should I buy from Amazon?

Well anyway another 2 more months before internship programme is ending! I couldn't wait to go back to school, I want back my beauty sleep and school life! Okay I am not saying I hate my internship programme. It is just that if given a choice, I would prefer school. I am still having the thought if only I could either work in Changi Airport or USS for my internship programme but this will never change. I freaking gain weight! Reports have proved that lacking of sleep can gain weight too, alright I got to learn how to sleep at 11pm everyday.

Have my off-day today, meeting the poly clique later on! Gonna have another one on Sunday. I supposed it was well-planned cos' I am sure I will get scolded by Jo-ann tomorrow when I am back to my work. Thereafter I don't feel like going to work and can rest at home the next day. Okay I gonna tell myself to be more alert then. I am still suck at changing the ink ribbon for the machine and ended up making the guests waited for at least 5 mins. Teresa commented that my voice doesn't sound cheerful enough and sometime it is a bit low. Hmm my voice is difficult to change uh, my voice is just this low what. Put that aside, she said I always smile which looks good at outside of the ticketing booth (:

And one of the guest actually said that my English is terrible cos' I suppose she can't understand my accent. I am sorry that I may not speak proper English but you can't said that straight to my face right! I am a human not a robot can! Whatever! My family said that she must be somehow kind of haolian rich taitai. I will never forget her face!

Felt pretty empty today again as I have no common topics with my colleagues. This is especially so during lunch time whereby they all speak in Malay and I do not understand. Take super longgggggggggg to do closing as I suck at counting coins. I took around 1 hr to do closing. One of my colleagues who did closing later than me already finish even before me. It's been 3rd week already as I am still so slow at everything. I bet when Jo Ann is back, I am going to get killed by her. Heard from Teresa that she is very strict with her staffs. I wonder how I survive, oh god bless me then.

Alright I am having off tomorrow, probably gonna brush up myself regarding zoo information and read my Nihongo de Niko Niko for better conversations with the Japanese (:

And for some reason, my blogshop seems to have no business. Wonder if I should take time out for my own free time instead of handling it.

I supposed today is the worst day of my internship for these 2 weeks. I have no idea what's wrong with me and I keep making mistakes. And usually I don't mind talking to the guests explaining to them about the package etc but today I have an urge of throwing my temper at them. It is not as if I am having period or what, I just don't understand what happen to me today. FUCK FUCK FUCK! I think the seniors today are still very piss off with me though they laugh it off after that. I really need to learnt my lesson. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Alright at least it is off tomorrow, I am going for movie with HuiQi. I gonna refresh myself tomorrow and work harder on Tuesday!!!!!

First day of work at zoo was pretty fun cos' I get to walk around and watch the animal shows. I thought I could get to walk around in the zoo if I were to be in the Operation Department but I ended up being at the Ticketing counters with no job rotation :/ Hahaha oh well I hope it is fun! Internship programme kept me occupied and now I wouldn't rot at home and spend my days meaninglessly! At least I got the morning shift which I still get to hang out with family and friends at night cos' I usually end work by the evening (:

Got off today which is like the second day of work but I am still heading back to zoo to change my shoes later. The person got me size 7 shoe box however it was size 5 inside! I should have checked yesterday now I still have to go down again!

I was supposed to send Eelee off this morning at the airport but I overslept! :/ Bon voyage!

Results are out! Though my GPA dropped but I am contented with what I got cos' I scored 2 As - Accounting and Transnational Studies! I didn't expect my Accounting to get A cos' everyone discussing that the paper was too difficult after the paper. And for some reason, my SSM grades gone up to a C+! Time passed very fast and I heading to my first day of internship on Monday while my brother is starting his working life on Monday too. He graduated with a GPA of 3.51, congratulations! :D

Last week's steamboat was cancelled as Dad was called up for a last minute standby. His working place caught fire which I supposed many of you have watched the news. The SBS buses caught fire at the work site. They informed him to stay till 10pm but he was sent home at 7-8pm but it is still pretty late to go for the steamboat. Therefore, it was postponed to this Sunday, hope nothing cropped up again! Oh and I am going for another session of pedicure again before internship program starts! :D

Went Pasir Ris Park for a cycle and I was 30mins late due to the fact that I can't be bothered to chase after the bus. So I waited exactly 17mins for the next bus. My poly clique must have hated me at that moment haha! Headed to Winnie's house for some hang-outs and Eelee's house downstairs for some dim sum supper. Thereafter trained back to Bishan.

As usual when I reached bishan, I will walk the pathway which is beside the 24hours coffeeshop whereby I see many middle-aged uncles drinking beer and chit-chating. I supposed they were too stressed about work and life, especially in a such a fast-paced country like Singapore. I even told my mum I want to migrate to Australia when I have saved up enough money which I think it will take around 2-3 centuries? Alright putting that aside, I saw the festive lights being take off the trees and Bishan has lost its crowd after the LNY bazaar was tear down. It is pitifully quiet for the past few days. The festive lights were still around on the 15th. Kinda missed LNY though it was pretty quiet this year. Every year, LNY was one of celebrations that I have always look forward to. However, 2 weeks passed so fast that I hardly notice.

Oh they gonna open a KOI cafe near the bus interchange. Yeah, one of my favourite bubble tea's shop! I keep telling myself I have to go swimming real soon but I am so lazy and always never fail to leave my bed till late-morning to noon.

Today is the last day of Chinese New Year which is also known as 元宵 in Chinese. Time just zoom past like this and in fact many things have happened.

Woke up at 6am today to take off my journey to the first destination which is the temple near Toa Payoh. Got some blessings from the monk, believe it or not I actually saw one of the monk was checking his handphone when he was reading the prayer. I did not close my eyes like others do so that's why I saw what is happening around me.

Bus-ed down to my big uncle's vegetarian stall which is near Toa Payoh too. My big uncle has never failed to cook delicious vegetarian meals. He was the one who made me fall in love with vegetarian dishes. As usual, I always sit there and get free food cos' there are enough people helping out. And I doesn't want to 越帮越忙 so I quietly eat my curry bee hoon. We went off at around 1pm and got some light snacks before heading home. Went home to eat lunch and everyone fall asleep after eating. I have no idea why I was tired too, I didn't even help out but eat only. Then I was telling my brother that I always go there 好吃懒做.

In the night, we went back to my big uncle's house again and have dinner together with the rest of the Ling/Lim's family. Vegetarian meal again but I love his cooking. Aftermath, we had our 捞鱼生 session and not forgetting the round 汤圆 that we have eaten. Alright I am going to sleep early tonight and not during the wee hours.

This marks the last day of Chinese New Year, it would be the next year before we celebrate this again!

Went to watch Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief with Jocelin, Vanessa & Liangyu today. I wouldn't say it is very awesome. Though it is like very Harry Potter-ish but overall I enjoyed the movie! I don't mind watching it again!

I have eaten a lot today, okay gotta cut down on calorie-intake and also to save up money! However I doubt I could really cut down on my calorie-intake cos' my parents are calling KFC delivery tomorrow, awww fattening. Okay swimming soon!!!! I have so many things to do within these 2-3 weeks before I start my internship.

It was finally the end of exams and this marks the end of year 2. The MICE paper was relatively manageable but I don't see the point why some of the questions contained so much marks. At least it is over, shall enjoy my holiday now before I start my internship at zoo.

Went to shop for Eelee's present in town after the last paper and celebrate her birthday in the night at Shabu-Shi. There are many things I want to buy from Forever 21 when we were shopping at 313 but I have to stop my shopping cravings, have already spent a lot recently. As usual, we went to play pool at AMK till 11plus before we went home. Though I am super tired now but I still don't want to sleep cos' I want to enjoy moment of my holiday, hahaha I know this is lame.

Oh well watching Lightning Thief with the girls plus Kenny tomorrow. That's all, folks! :D

Went to visit Resort World today with my family. I thought that Universal Studios was opened but it was not. Have a peek preview of it and I can see the road in the Universal Studios look like some path in fairytale. Though I heard that the ticket price is going to be very expensive but I still want to play! I still tell my mum that I want to held my 21st birthday in Festive Hotel hahaha. My brother said that I was crazy. Oh and I saw Qianhan working at Festive Square! There are nothing much to see at the moment as many things are not opened yet. It is more suitable for the tourists and the high-rollers as the interesting part of the Resort World now is just the CASINO.

I was pretty looking-forward to this year's CNY but the atmosphere is just not there. It was very quiet as there were no playing of card games and people just come and go. My mum mentioned that probably it was due to a decrease number of people which I thought it was true. However the another reason that I thought was that it was our study week and I lack the festive mood for celebration too. Alright I really need to curb myself by not using the laptop too often!

I cut bangs but I kinda regret it cos' I have it cut too short. But my brother say that it makes my head look smaller, wonder was that a console or him being sarcastic. Yea and many people mentioned that I should not have cut. Well whatever the case, I have cut and I know I look dumb now.

I am not sure why when I want things to happen, it just doesn't happen. So probably I should have the mindset that I will score badly for my exams and I will get good grades yea, haha! Another example is that I thought I will be going Penang but in the end, I didn't managed to go! I would say that I have lost concentration and play a lot during this semester with all the hang-outs and stuffs. Nevertheless, I still enjoy every moment with my friends. It was the last day of year 2 today before the study week but I don't seem to feel anything unlike year 1 where our class will take photo and ordered pizza. Not forgetting the last day at TAS was hell loads of fun! However today I felt nothing. Well talking about TAS, there are no more TAS for the 2011 batch onward. Sad to hear but it is the fact, I am glad that our batch get to go there for one semester. I would say it is my favourite semester, I miss Sentosa!

One problem after the another with my blogshop and all I can say is that I have to handle all by myself as it was mine blogshop after all. Oh btw I am meeting Abigail to get my colourful bangles and a top. Yea I know, shopping craze again. I will save up for the Spring and Summer collection! I watch ANTM yesterday and I could see all the models are disgustingly skinny, I wish I am like them too!

I know I have been pretty vulgar and got agitated easily. A lot of things have changed, we may not be that close anymore. If something that goes against my wishes, I am sorry to say that I may complain but I won't do anything to it. I have said my piece. I do understand that it is difficult for everything to go back to the original cos' I know things do change as you grow older.

Can't wait for reunion steamboat tomorrow and the goods to be delivered!! Alright I better not hope too much in case anything changes again.

It was never easy

Why are there always times when people who have pinned high hopes on something but it was ended up with disappointment. Many of my friends were in Oversea SIP and it was one disappointment after the other due to complications.

She went through many round of interviews and finally got in but she ended up not going cos' Japan did not accept Non-Singaporeans so her VISA was not approved. She was strong and did not cry in front of us but I know she was fucking upset over it. If I were her, I would have breakdown in front of everyone. Stay strong Liliani, I know you are a Christian so therefore I am sure there is a reason why God wants you to stay in local to do SIP.

TGIF - I have always look forward to weekends and I will do reflections on what I have done for the past few days. I apologised for being so stubborn and crazy at times whereby I know a lot of you can't even tolerate. I am also sorry for saying something that I should not and hurt someone as I understand that I am pretty straightforward.

TGIF also meant that tomorrow is the farewell BBQ for Wing. She is leaving for Australia to further studies and I wish her all the best in everything. Do stay in contact! (:

Yesterday stay till 11pm in school and reach home at 12am to finish up our cultural travel exhibition that was held today. Our efforts paid off, Miss Shanti said that our board was nicely done up and having two itineraries was a great idea! Awesome - Team Sri Lanka! Thanks for all the hard work, team members!

Oh and my new love at the moment is Evan Taubenfeld! A talented guitarist that used to play along with Avril Lavigne every time when she performs. He is now out on his own, I supposed he still has the Avril Lavigne shadow with him nevertheless I am sure he is able to strike out on his own. One of his single - Boy Meets Girl has a very colourful and pretty creative lyric video. He is such a cute pie (:

I hope his album will be out soon though he is still in the process of making it.

Leave aside my BESE Individual Portfolio and have the urge to post again.

This time the topic is about Inner Beauty. Is it always true that everyone is attracted to Inner Beauty? Nah I doubt so cos' I admit that I myself is attracted to looks at first. In fact, it is true that handsome guys and pretty girls always get the best treatment yea. And everyone when you see a handsome guy or pretty girl, you would naturally said that he/she must be attached. Some guys may say that a girl without make up is the most natural beauty which I don't think they really meant it sincerely. At this generation of ours, who wouldn't want their boyfriend or girlfriend to have a beautiful features and figures. Who would want to adore some artists/celebrities that are plain ugly?
I am now into reading thriller again - Fear the Worst by Linwood Barclay.

Stubbornness

There is such a word call stubbornness in the dictionary. It basically comes from the word 'stubborn'.

Well I realise that many people around me are actually pretty stubborn. It could be good and bad at the same time. Putting into a good way, stubborn could meant determination while on the bad way, it may meant unreasonable. However I think sometimes being too stubborn could actually irritates someones and making one unhappy. Yea I understand that not everyone is perfect but why not we just let it go and so be it? I admit I was stubborn at times too but came to think upon it, it was actually very stupid. Everyone always said that as one grow older, he or she becomes more mature. As for me, I don't think I have become more mature. I don't know why but I just feel that I can do even more at the age of mine.

However I am still glad that I got a C for SSM though I kinda messed up with my BESE class test. I got my internship at Zoo, Operation Department! I can't wait to work though I know I will be standing under the hot sun. But I rather stand under the hot sun then stay in the office. And I heard from Brina that interns will get 20%-30% off Ben & Jerry ice cream and we get to walk around the zoo during break time. I was supposed to work at Laguna Country Club office under Sales & Marketing but the Zoo later called me up to sign my contract. I cancelled my appointment with Laguna Country Club cos' I told them that I prefer a non-office environment after all. There was an internship slot later came up which is to work at Changi Airport. It was a 12 hours work, 4 days work and $700 per month. Sounds pretty good yea but I have already signed contract with the Zoo and it was far from my house. So I supposed Zoo is my fate.
Omg I can't wait for my internship to start! Many people will serve their internship at Zoo too! Team Zoo! :D

I screwed up my Proficiency Test for SSM, like again?! I have no idea what went through my mind and 14 marks just gone like this for setting the table of 4! Captain order wasn't really well done too so I supposed I would be the weakest link in class. Such a simple task and I did it so badly, what the fuck is wrong with me? I always spent so much time on practicing and ended up like shit.

Last stop at Sugarloaf and Project Exceution Week, I would really need to do A LOT better. I really meant a lot a lot a lot a lot!!!

I have yet to secure any internship placement, I wonder what the school is going to do for those who is unable to get any SIP placement by Feburary.

Their crab is indeed awesome but more expensive than outside too. Love the sauce and the tender meat. This is the crab I have ordered but this wasn't taken by my, it was found online. Will go back to eat it again!

And even though Alvin and Chipmunks 2 story plot was pretty predictable, it is still a must watch cos' they are really cute! The movie only lasted for 87 mins which is rather short and not enough for me at all. We wanted to get the Alvin and the Chipmunk Popcorn Combo but it was sold out! Oh no my Theodore and Eleanor plushie!!! And Eleanor is not as ugly as I thought, she is just like Theodore, chubby and cute :D
Awwwwwww I want to get both of their plushie, hopefully some Action City or Mini Toons shop will sell them soon! (Hahahaha I know I am childish but they are really cute).

School starting tomorrow, it should be fine tomorrow as I only have lesson from 11am to 1 and another lecture at 5pm if I am going.

Oh and I asked my mum to cut away this sleeping dress of mine when I used to wear it when I was younger. On top of the dress seats a BIG & HUGE Piyo Piyo. There was a smaller version of it on the sleeve side then it was cut away too and stuff with cotton wool, now I have a new soft toy! It is handmade some more hahaha (:

Went to Yishun GV to watch Mulan with my family for free! It is an awesome movie even for someone like me who doesn't like battle scenes. I am like opening my eyes throughout the whole movie as it gets me more and more excited each time. You can say that I am a chinaaa-pop or what but I really love the movie. I would rate it 4.5/5 stars. I didn't expect it to be so nice! I feel like watching it again. Go and watch it though it has already filmed for quite some time!

Thereafter, sat down with my family at Macdonalds and was discussing if my brother and I should put braces but it gonna cost a lot if both of us were to put at the same time. Alright I have decided to have it after I have earn enough through my SIP and blogshop though I need to lose 4 teeth :(

The dreadful week is finally over but I am sure that I didn't do well for whatever I should do but at least it is over. Just got to do well in other areas though I felt rather dissapointed, I always have no idea what went through my mind. I was probably too tired and I just felt like going nowhere and disconnected from the world for at least 48 hours.

Booked the ticket for Genting trip this morning, the ticket prices are pretty steep compared to non-peak season but I just want to leave this place and catch a breathe even just for 1 day.

Wake up early in the morning to do my school work. There's really a lot thing for me to complete during this weekend so I could not slacken and digress! SSM Prof test 2 will be in less than 2 weeks time and I have yet to master the way of holding the plates. I MUST train the skill! Oh well off to my research on Child Sex Tourism. So many things due next week and the following week is Mid-Sem already :(

Yes, I pass my grooming today at Top Table! (:

Slept for 5hours and woke up at 4.30am, reached school at around 6.40am. And not forgetting the busy schedule that make all of us didn't eat anything for at least 10 hours. This week was a lot better than last week, kudos to all team mates!

It will be last week for us to be at Top Table. Alright super tired now, I really admire the chefs and service instructors to come so early everyday. For me, one day is enough already.

Times fly really fast and everything just go woooosh! Last day of hostel staying as well as TNS presentation is tomorrow. I actually can't wait to go home but not forgetting the classmates I share laughters with. My class is a batch of jovial people, we have improvised BBQ last night. I am sure everyone has a hell loads of fun! Hopefully we will still say 'Hi' when we see each other in TP (:

Next Tuesday starts the 'terror' of Top Table, hahaha as Top Table will be in its full house! And second 'terror' is that I am the Assistant Head Waitress of that day. I must really stop screwing up things and must know my schedules procedures damn damn damn well and not forgetting the menus! I wouldn't want to let down my team mates. I want to pass my grooming too!

I have realise that this semester, all our topics revolved around SSM. I can't wait to get over and done with. Though how badly I want to score well, I have a feeling I would still get a C or maybe a D at the end as I am still lacking the skill of handling the plates and cutlery. What even a bad new is that Prof. test 2 is just in 2-3 weeks time. I was thinking very negatively that I will fail this subject and ended up repeating in Year 4 despite how well I score in other subjects :(

I was in a very bad shape yesterday at SSM and got everything screwed up. Grooming failed just because for a few strands of hair sticking out. Got scolded by the service instructors many many times. Was wondering what the hell went through my mind yesterday. I think I wasn't too focus and unclear of the standard procedures. Hopefully next week will be better :(

Second week in hostel and things just get jammed up in my mind. So many things due next week and I have yet to start. I have no idea what went wrong with me, I just sucks at managing time or probably just lack the motivation to do it. Oh well, shall burn midnight oil today to finish up as many assignments as I could after the International Cuisines at night! (:

First night at Hostel was always different. Everyone went for mahjong session at the guys' hostel while one of my other room mate and I were in the room. She has turned in unlike me who still try to spent some time before 12am. Couldn't join the rest for mahjong as I have SSM tomorrow morning at 8am so got to turn in early. I do really hope that I can pass my grooming tomorrow!

Happy Halloween!

Oh well feel like going to the Sentosa's Spooktecular held by LRM seniors but heard from friends that it is not worth the $16. I guess I would need to wait for the next year which is our own batch of LRM students who gonna organise such event again!

Off to TP Greens on Monday. Lucks on my way that I start school at 11am on Monday which meant that I don't have to carry my luggage and squeeze through during the peak hours. People definitely look at me and think "This girl come for camp uh?"

Goodbye to my Ah Fei & Ah Pang who are my favourite soft toys. They just meant fat in Mandarin as they looks really fat. Not forgetting my parents who cook wonderful dinner for me everyday and stupid brother who is going to sleep my bed when I am not around. He always complain that his bed is too uncomfortable to sleep on. He and his weird theories, whatever! Goodbye to my comfortable bed and Cable TV too! :/

But good thing that I still get to go home on Saturday afternoon, I supposed this is the time when I do my blogshop stuffs. My brother was like saying I always spent money on online shopping and it seems that I have new clothes every month. I am like organising sprees for the purpose of getting free clothes as mentioned by him. But at least I do earn to spent!

Went to eat zhu car at Bishan Street 22 and the food was nice. I was supposed to be in my lala land now but decided to leave a post before I'm off to bed!

October is ending whereby it is the most numbers of birthday babies in my year of calendar, not forgetting myself too. November is arriving and soon soon it will be December! Would say December is a joyful period cos' of my brother's, dad's and many friends' birthday too. Don't leave behind the 2 weeks short holiday too!

Tomorrow is Friday and it's like so fast that next week SSM is arriving, I hope it will be fun like the first lesson except for the scolding part haha!

Not forgetting my all time favourite - Nicole LinkLetter, the winner of ANTM Cycle 5. But sad to hear was that she has not made any appearance since her win then. Jayla from Cycle 5 was cool too. To vote for the best season, I would say Cycle 5 (: I like Renee from Cycle 8 too though she has some attitude problem in the show. Timetable is out! And the timetable never gets better compared to last semester :/ Everyday is a long day for me. Check out Qianhan's timetable and she got like one day off on every Wednesday, that's awesome for her but not for me :/ I work out my timetable and I still have to use size 8.5 in order to squeeze everything in one page. So can you imagine how pack my timetable is. And I has yet to insert the slots for TNS. During the 3 weeks of TNS, I still have lesson after school from 7-9pm on Tuesday. Oh no, that's like the most tired day and I still have lesson after that? Luckily it is just for 3 weeks.

Oh gosh and nightmare came, I have this five hours break on this one ugly day just to wait for a one hour lecture. And worse still, there's the only lecture it has in TP so that means no crashing of lecture? Oh drop dead, I shall bring my laptop to school then or I will give the lecture a miss.

SSM on Tuesday which meant that I get to escape one day on SSM in my semester as CNY lies on a Tuesday. The first good and last good news I could think of upon looking at my dreadful timetable. The subject SSM costs me a lot can, with all the uniforms, jab, hair accessories and not forgetting my black hair too. But I have never thought of stripping my hair despite the fact I need to wake up at 6am to bun up my hair so that I could report to school at 8am. Or should I say 7.30am so as not to give any chance to the tutor to give me an earful.

Well ciao, the longest ranting I ever have since poly life starts. I supposed there's someone whose timetable is worse than mine so I gotta keep myself composed.

Work ended last Tuesday! Last day was the tear down of Expo. Drop the wooden plank and hurt my toe -OUCH & SWOLLEN :/

YEAH going movie with family tomorrow night as Mum has free tickets from her workplace's dinner lucky draw! Popcorn popcorn! Can't wait to sit in an air-conditioned room right now as today weather is really hot and torturing. The hot weather made me thought of the movie theater whereby I could watch movie and eat my sweet popcorn at the same time. TOMORROW will be the day!

Mentioning about my mum's workplace, saw this cute boy photo that my mum took it during her work time. He is really cute with his bowl cut hair. There is even one whereby he looks like he is thinking deeply. Even my mum said that the teachers there dote on him the most - how biased yea? He is just 2 and half year old so he doesn't really understand what the teachers is calling him when they call him as their godson.

Went back to TP today for some Crosscountry volunteering, it starts at 8am and ended at 10plus. We did some time-keeping thing. I am envious of those who could run long distance without much panting after they finish the race. Went home to rest after that - didn't really rest actually cos' was busy meeting one customer after another.

Will be out on Tuesday to savour some nice desserts at Chinatown (YEAH - red bean and corn ice!) while on Thursday will be shopping day for my mum and I! Shopping sounded nice but actually to buy my cork shoes for next semester in TP. Alright I gonna plan a day out to play Basketball with the KCP girls!

There goes my off day on Monday! And I really get to take cab home on Saturday night as we work till pretty late. BUT BUT BUT! They didn't pay us for OT, they just asked us to come one hour later today to cover the OT. Should I like LOL or WTH?

Work was pretty boring this few days as there wasn't many customers. When you wait till weekends, the queue will be like whoooshhhh, caught you un-breathable! Got to say today was the worst, with so many of them having off-day on the same day, it seems even more solemn :/ I also get to go home earlier than I have expected. Well hopefully tomorrow will be better as all the fun people will be back! Yea and Winnie will be visiting me at work tomorrow! (:

Like finally after yesterday. So it's time to play, work and spend more time with friends and family!

With such a long holiday, I never fail to plan that I need to work. Yea and got a job through Roy, not sure it is confirmed but hopefully it is fine. Do you see I actually use the word 'need' as I am really wanna earn as much monies as possible to fulfil my materialistic needs. Going down with the KCP clique on Monday for Teachers' Day Celebration at our homegrown secondary school! Kinda miss the laughter that we had since we met a few weeks ago during Vanessa's birthday. Oh that's the last time we met right since before study week, can't remember though, haha!

Nevertheless, still cool that exams are finally over. It is time for me to indulge in the world of rest and work!! :D

Went to school today for a 1 hour lecture, seem pointless? Nah I don't think so, managed to write as much notes down from Mikey Yeo's lesson. Came back home to take my Watsons' card before I head down to KFC to takeaway lunch. Yesterday was LJS. Fattening I know, to eat fast food in two days consecutively. Was supposed to go swimming today but it was cancelled. I hope Sunday basketball is still on! Went back to J8 KFC and I saw my people wearing red and white. Never did I know, today was the primary and secondary school's National Day's Celebration. Well we do not have it in TP so kinda forget there was such a celebration. A long weekend I would say however it doesn't make a difference as there are still make-up lessons for this public holiday.

Examinations are in two to three weeks time and I have yet to touch on any subjects. I should really stop procrastinating and start studying soon after I finished my Fest reflection paper. Oh yea I doubt I have mentioned, never did I know that my Fest group project got B+. I thought I kinda screwed it up.

Yesterday was the LRM Amazing Race. HAHAHA only two groups turned up. It was fun after all but my legs hurts :/

After that day, I was slacking the night on Thursday as I could at least catch a breathe before I start on my reflection paper and OPERA test as well as main exams. Well time really fly super fast, in less than a month time, we are leaving Sentosa and head back to TP when school reopens. I would miss Sentosa!

As my mum helps out as one of the stall holders at the Renci Vegetarian Food Fiesta, I went to visit her in the afternoon. She was under the 3-in-1 Child Care Centre and she cooked mock shark fin to sell. I ate for free! It is very very yummy. Like duh, my mum cooks it!

We went to Oasis, a Chinese restaurant at Toa Payoh to eat at night. It is near the swimming complex. The food there are really awesome! Especially when we ordered Salad Prawn Ball, it is something I can't resist! And when we order their porridge, they serve my Dad a whole bucket of porridge even he is the only one who wanted to eat. So in order not to waste food, we help him ate some. The porridge are really nice, you all should really go try! Please don't go Toa Payoh Crsytal Jade, have a bad experience there before during one of the Mother's Day.
I want to go Oasis again! :D

My mum turns one year older which meant that her wrinkles and white hair grow more but I still loves hers cos' she is like the most hardworking person in the world!

Have been super busy recently due to projects and blogshop. Though still rather busy, I have decided to catch a breathe and write a post right now.

Oh yea not to mention, AYG was awesome! I would miss the days at Changi Airport! It's like the only time whereby I got to walk inside the check-in areas even I do not hold a air ticket. It is just plain awesome! We even have the AYG Appreciation Night last Friday at Indoor Stadium. Stephanie Sun performed her whole concert to us! Omg I got to watch her concert for free!! It is really irresponsible for some people to seat there and la kopi while expecting their group members to help them clean up their shit. Please have some initiative, it is group project not a individual assignment!

Was just ranting about some of the group mates of my ex-classmates, they are really terrible, vegetable and horrible :/

AYG was super fun today, I get to walk around the airport even I don't own a air flight ticket. Haha! Looking forward to tomorrow but the awful thing is that I got to wake up at 5am cos' my shift starts at 7am at Changi. Nevertheless, I'm still look forward to it. Today after I came back, I was supposedly to touch on my project but due to the fact that I was tired and lazy, nothing was done. Well awesome Grace uh! Pulau Ubin trip with 2k02. It was very fun despite the 'sweating' process. I really do swear a lot and my hair was in a mess. Whatever the case, I enjoy the trip with the 2k02. For another reason I will remember this trip because I fall off my from my bike. I should have taken a photo of how I fell down. Luckily it was just a few cuts on my left knee. It was always my left leg who kena all these shits, the other time was my left ankle.

Yea going out with Abigail to collect the AMYE shirts, yeah it is finally here though I am not the one buying. I am collecting on behalf of my brother and my cousin.

Oh anyway it sucks to go back to school next week for make-up lecture for Labour Day. It starts at 9 for both days which means I can't go running! :/

Met up with the KCP clique on Friday for dinner at Pizza Hut. It was hell lots of fun! As usual, went to play arcade and chit-chatting. We played this baseball game in the arcade and everyone started to play after we played, especially the kids with their parents. Oh I was once so young and innocent or ignorant? Well whatever.

First day of school was still not bad. It is just that the last lecture was very boring and it made me almost fell asleep. Still, the environment in Sentosa is nice and serene. Comfort place to study in yea. However bad things is that resources are quite limited and we students can't seem to crash lectures. Whatever the case, I got to enjoyed this semester as I won't have a chance to go back unless I want to proceed on to 4.1. Lunched at Subway with 1K01 and we shopped around at Vivocity before lecture starts. Wendy and I saw this book which is named 'Second Chances' by someone by the name of 'I can't remember' Well should I buy? It costs 2 days of my allowances! Probably I should go back there again and check out the author name first.

Great News! There is no school tomorrow and I start school at 4pm on Wednesday. Yeah I shall go jogging in that case. How awesome is that! But then that will only apply to this week, next week onwards, everything is as per normal!

I got into 2k02, same class as Wendy and Flo!! But WTF?! Friday lesson starts at 9am and ends at 6pm with 5hours in between? Luckily both are lectures so this means I am able to crash lectures! Hahaha. The earlier I was released is on Monday, 5pm. That doesn't made a difference at all, the other 4days end at 6pm. I do not start school as early as last semester. I have days whereby I starts at 2pm and ends at 6pm. Well but anyway this would be my honeymoon period in TP, I got to enjoy it and the subjects I am studying is heavily concentrated on my course of study. This meant that it could be very interesting!

“各位老师，各位同学，大家好！” 这句话就像小时候的我们在讲故事的开幕词。废话不多说，这篇部落客是为了记载今天所发生的事。今天我和玮琳，慧娴，淑莹一起到 IMM 逛街。我们去了LJS 吃午餐。吃了午餐后，我们过去三楼的 Daiso。大家都买了许多吃的零食和喝的饮料。逛完 IMM 后，收获还不错，只是花了两块九就能在 BodyShop 买了一瓶指甲油。我们离开了IMM 搭地铁到诺维娜和良玉与芷君回合。过后我们过去 Sakae Sushi 吃晚餐。吃的好饱啊！对了，那边有一位女服务生怪怪的。由于良玉与芷君从学校迎新营来简直是累极了，所以我们决定吃了晚餐就回家。我与淑莹和芷君一起搭地铁回碧山，其他人就搭巴士回家。

明天我将和Jerlin去淡滨尼的 Tampines1 又去逛街。哈哈，稍后会和她们一起吃晚餐。哇，我将要穷极了。吃完晚餐后，我们会到 RepublicPoly 派对！！

Oh man I just need 7 more orders for Ducky Box Spree before I can close the spree. I really wish that I am able to reach the cappings fast so that those buyers wouldn't have to wait for eons to get their stuffs. I wonder when will my business gets better? It is always all my friends who are buying and no outsiders at all. Well but anyway Kudos to Twodo Spree! Abigail and I have reach a capping of 20, this means that we will be sending in the order form soon! :D

Caught a movie with Hui Qi last Saturday at J8 GV. The movie name was Paul Blart: Mall Cop! Since there was plenty of time before the movie starts. We decided to make one of these below. Alright we seems to be the oldest there but who cares. It indeed brings back childhood memories.

Mall Cop was awesome and it made both of us laugh a lot. The other audiences doesn't seem to laugh even the movie was funny though. So Hui Qi and I were like some crazy women in the movie theater.

Aussie Trip!

I am back from Australia! I have actually arrived Singapore on the 21st so this was actually a delayed post. Six days was definitely not enough for me cause there are way too many things to explore in Aussie. However, the trip was still fulfilling, I still enjoy myself though. Aussie has this place named as the Habour Town whereby all the factory outlets are located at one place. They have all sorts of brand's factory outlets there such as Nike, Adidas, Cotton On and ya da ya da. If you were low on cash, there would be a perfect spot for shopping. Not only that, the weather there was awesome too. Though it was bright and sunny in the day, it is cooling at the same time. Aussie has four seasons but she doesn't snow in the Winter season. It just gets colder and colder in the Winter season till -4 degrees celsius. I am sure it will drop even more. Went over to the Wave Rock attraction on the third day, It seem rather spectacular on the magazine. However, there is actually nothing much but the it is still cool to see such thing. The trip to Wave Rock at Fremantle took us almost 8 hours back and fro. It is great that we have a sumsptous Chinese food at my uncle's friend restaurant after that. Wow the crabs are really big and juicy. I bet it is gonna cost a lot. They have fried ice cream there too, it is so much nicer than the one I expected. Since my uncle runs a restaurant there at Aussie, I get to eat his awesome cooking almost everyday. Though it is just a small restaurant, his cooking would never lose to those in bigger restaurants. Eating chinese food in Aussie wasn't cheap at all! One plate of steamed rice can cost us $2.50. Let alone the dishes, it cost about twice more than Singapore. Nah, it wouldn't be like the portion we Singaporeans usually eat, their portion is much bigger. There was way too many varieties for me to choose from my uncle's restaurant menu. Well enough of words, let me post some photos up!

Eelee's birthday was awesome. We held in at Fish&Co. I am glad she has enjoyed herself. She was 'forced to eat the half of the birthday cake herself. Well I have posted the photos on Facebook so yeah. Recently got hooked onto Facebook and I decided to let my Friendster account to rot.

I finally watched the Koizora DVD that HuiQi lent me. It is in the drama and not the movie form so it was more detailed. It was just six episodes so I was managed to finish it by two days. Comments? Well it was a touching love story, not bad though cause I actually teared in front of my laptop hahaha. The two main characters were Mizusawa Elena (as Tahara Mika) and Seto Koji (as Sakurai Hiroki). Despite young age of just seventeen, Elena possessed great acting skills.

Wanted to watch The Curious Case of Benjamin Button with HuiQi on last Saturday but when we reach there all the tickets are sold out. We though that after so long, there weren't be much people watching but still....

I am going out to jalan jalan with Mum tomorrow, and most likely the KCP Clique on Wednesday and TP Clique on Thursday :D

I am so bored at home, I really want a part-time job rather than lazing around at home. Anyone know of any job vacancy?

It was the last day of Semester not One but Two and it also marks the end of our Academic Year 1. This means that we are gonna change class next year. Time passed really fast. I have spent ten months with 1K01. It feels like the first day of orientation was yesterday as it was fresh in my mind. I gonna missed everyone cause they are the first batch of friends I get to know in my polytechnic years. Well just hope that we do keep in touch. Thinking on the bright side, all of us gonna proceed to Sentosa next year together so that means we still get to see each other.

Had Canadian Pizza in the afternoon with the class and then I ate pizzas again at Pizza Hut at night with the KCP girls again. Oooh man it is such a pizza day!

Yeah I will be going to Australia to meet up with my cousin on the 2nd week of March! Meanwhile, I have to get down to study! End semester is coming which means that we are changing class soon. Sad uh, I do hope we still meet up after school. Let me get down to study. Firstly, before I start studying, I think I should play a game first. Hahaha shall study later on at night cause I don't have the motivation to study now.

Today was the Comm Skills 2 Interview Role Play. I guess I have screwed it up. But I am glad it is finally over, cause you know why? This means that there is no more Comm Skills for us anymore! Hurray! :D Went to eat at Sugar Loaf with the class and that was actually the first time I ate there. I sounds rather sua gu yea.

I decided to put aside the Chinese New Year thing. It is not beneficial to my health at all for being so unforgiving. I guess I was really too harsh at words anyway. Human do errs. And and and! I really can't wait for Thursday as four things will be done:
1. Comm Skills Summative Test
2. Japanese Role Play Presentation
3. World Issue Presentation
4. World Issue Quiz 3

After this week, I am only left with Comm Skills Interview Role Play and then I get to rest for awhile before I start revision for Final Exams. And somebody's birthday is coming soon (:

Anyway mentioning about birthday, Jacq's birthday celebration on 30th Jan 2009 was awesome! Omg Jacq, you are eighteen now! (compared to Qianhan she just turned 17 one month ago hahaha). But Jacq really doesn't look like eighteen though. She is like young at heart can. And I will never forget a phrase to describe her: "You will hear her before you see her" Good la Jacq, the RPians are having holidays now. Anyway thanks for inviting me and I get to play TWISTERS with the Gagas. It was so fun especially Ah Ma and Shuying with the awkward positioning. Oh yea btw we even played A.E.I.O.U. HAHAHA! Just accept it that we are still young (:

Nobody is at home now. I am all alone at home feeling rather awful about yesterday's Chinese New Year. CNY ought to be a happy occasion but I doubt yesterday was. It was a every year thing whereby the relatives will come to my house on the 2nd day of CNY. Many only came in the evening yesterday. That I could not blame them cause they went to another relative's house before visiting us. What I don't like is that for those who did not turn up has failed to inform us. Many also left after a while without eating. So many goodies and food were left. My mum woke up early in the morning just to prepare dinner and in the end a lot of food was left. I really meant A LOT! There was a whole pot of rice, red wine chicken and vegetables that is more than enough for our dinner today. The vegetables has to be thrown away because they will turn sour soon. I felt really bad for my mum. I don't like this, it is one of the awful CNY I ever have. It is just like another weekend when they come to my our house to play mahjong. Yea I know I may sound like pouting kid that keeps complaining but it is like !@#$%^&*

Reunion dinner was steamboat at home which was nice. Thanks mum for preparing the soup and food for steamboat. 1st day of CNY was not bad. My younger cousin, Kimberly and Marcus never failed to entertain me. They were hilarious can. We were playing some kindergarten role playing then Hui Qi and I just played along with them. It was awesome on the first day of CNY. But Kimberly and Marcus did not come to my house yesterday cause they went Malaysia with their parents. But at least Hui Qi was here yesterday. Audrey and Alvin came to visit us and chat for quite a while.

Going to do videoing in school later for POM project. Oh man I wish that all the projects and exams will soon be over. I am mentally tired...

Oooh great, two more things have handed up today - CommSkills Reflection Journal and POM Project. I am left with presentations now. Heard that it was the last day of school for the RP students, how awesome could it be and they starts school only in late April. Well, the other time when we have seven weeks vacation, they only had two weeks so life is fair after all.

I did not managed to buy any heels for this year CNY cause I am rather lazy to try due to my big feet. Wanted to get myself some 4-5 inch high heels cause I think they are really pretty but I doubt I could even survive till downstairs. Gonna get a new belt when I am out with my dad tomorrow. Oh man, I'm sure I am gonna weighs a kg more after CNY with all the yummy goodies. I can't wait for Sunday reunion dinner - STEAMBOAT! Many many many prawns and squids ... ...

Yeah! I am not turning up for school tomorrow! This is because I went for other classes lecture today. What a concidence, I saw TING QIAN HAN in the lecture hall hahaha.

Three things are done yesterday! Woots! I should be feeling relieved but not yet till over the projects are done. Oooh actually I am rather worried for my World Issue, I hope my group doesn't present next week. It is gonna be really hectic if World Issue presentation is next week cause I still have POM and Econs presentation to prepare. Exam timetable is out, I hate to say but there is a day when I have two papers. Despite all these, I am still looking forward to CNY, I rather have CNY now than having it during the exam periods. Is everyone looking forward to CNY too? Hahahaha

Sometimes, I really wonder how those students who work part-time still manage to juggle with their studies. I mean I can't, I just sucks at managing time cause usually I tend to disgress and I have no idea why I always end up reaching home late. It is not because I stay far from school or what, it is just my daily routine I supposed.

2008 was the first year I got into Temasek and everything is very new to me. 2008 was different cause I no longer hang around Junction 8 but Tampines too. Though it was a long-distance from home, I still enjoy going to school everyday. Having these friends in TP was the best days of my life in TP. I enjoyed myself very much cause all I think was to play at this period of time. It is like everyone is having school holiday while I got to go to school. While the two Aussie cousins were in Singapore, thanks to them I have visited many places. We wanted to go Singapore Flyer but it was broken down. I'm so wanted to go there though it was expensive. Thanks for all the SWEETS treats everyone at RTC. It is gonna be a decay tooth year for me, hahaha.

Quick update for this week: Went to play basketball with Jocelin, Qianhan, Liangyu, Ah Ma, Vanessa and Jerlin at Bishan Active on Monday morning. Haha I have to say that I suck at basketball but I still enjoy it. This is because I always have Jocelin in my team :D

There were project meeting on Wednesday and today. Oh man screw all the projects! All the deadlines will soon be here. Oh man, I can do it!

There's nothing much interesting happen recently. Well anyway my two Australia cousins are coming over tomorrow. It is rather self-contradicting. I have not seen them for almost four years and I think it will be kinda awkward talking to them. And what's more, they would have this Australian accent which I hope that I would not have a hard time understanding. However since it was four years when I last seen them, I felt rather excited too. I wonder how have they been. I supposed they have become really mature-looking. I mean I am talking about Australia, not any Asia countries. They can get really mature-looking at very young age. Well everything will reveal tomorrow once I see them! And I guess my mum will be rather excited to see them. What to do, she just dote on all my cousins. Hahaha I am not jealous okay, I do admit all my other cousins are way better than me. Hey and both of them knew how to speak Cantonese and so do my mum. Sadly, I can't speak other dialects -not even mine one - other than Hokkien. So I guess I could only speak with them in English.

And Abigail, I have one good news to tell you. I am finishing The Woods soon!
And and and I love the song on my blog right now: Tongue Tied by Faber Drive. I like the way they sing this song and the music together with it. It is a different genre I would compare with Simple Plan. But I still love Simple Plan, though.

Sixth Sense-Bad Feeling

Mid semester is finally over! It was a tough battle cause I did not really have the enthusiasm to study. All I want is that it will end soon. Well I have a very bad feeling I will screwed up this time but there is no point procrastinating. What's over is over! Yeah went to have a belated birthday bash for Mona at Mind's Cafe after the !@#$%^&* F&B test. Well it was so fun playing the games there, it is not just the boring board games. In fact, they have many stimulating games. I'm so going there again. If I am not wrong, there is one at Ang Mo Kio as well. We went shopping at Bugis after that and we brought Mona to choose her own birthday present and she decided on a backpack. It is the one Eelee has. Hahaha, that bag is so well-liked by everyone cause Gin Yee decided to buy it too. And did I mentioned that Little Nonya is awesome? I just cannot miss all the eposides but I think I am missing one tomorrow cause gotta meet up the girls real soon. And Abigail, thanks for lending me the books. I am reading The Woods by Harlen Coben and it is fabulous. I can't wait to read it everyday.

My throat is giving me hell, heaven and whatever shit. It is so itchy and irritating. I just wish that I can be a mute for a day cause I don't really want to open my mouth. It just hurts my throat when I talk. Alright it hurts even if I don't speak. And it seems that I'm like coughing my lungs out. Gonna consult doctor tomorrow.

I was doing my research on Communication Skills yesterday and I came across this article. I find it rather interesting so I decided to share it with everyone.

It is about the world oldest person who passed away on Wednesday, 26 November 2008. Found out another interesting fact is that out of the 86 oldest person in the world, 76 were women and 10 were men. Cool, it seems like women has a longer life-span than men. (It is not a sexist comment uh!) Yea and I decided to put down my Comm Skill for awhile and research on her. Most of the the supercentenarian were from America and Japan. The history of the oldest person living in the world goes up to 122 (Jeanne Calment, France) but she passed away in 1997. Abigail's Chalet!

Went over to Abigail's house only on Saturday together with Jacq, Qianhan and Vanessa. We played poker cards on the bus, trying to create a chalet atmosphere haha. The rest were already there the night before. Some of them look so haggard when we saw them. Probably they didn't have enough sleep. Oh well everything starts with the game, Murderer! Followed by Mahjong, camwhorings, steamboat and BBQ!

Hi all!
Rather tired due to the recent heavy schoolworks and the upcoming mid-sem tests in two weeks time. I am worried cause I have not started revision yet. Friday is Abigail's chalet! Yea can't wait cause it's been long since I attend a chalet. And we gonna have steamboat during the chalet, oooooh can't stop thinking about it.

Skipped F&B lecture and went to Cotton On interview with Eelee and Jerlin. We missed the last batch of interviewing that was held at 5plus or even earlier. However, it is still not a wasted trip as Eelee and I managed to borrow some books from the library for F&B assignments. Yea and I decided to change F&B assignment "My Favourite Food" from Prawn Noodle Soup to Bak Kut Teh! Talking about Bak Kut Teh, I have the cravings to eat Maxwell Bak Kut Teh. It is super delicious with the fried you tiao, though it was kinda fattening. I gonna stay with that for now. Hope that I will be able to find more information.

Tomorrow is the dreadful Communication Skill test! Oh man no need to say good luck to me as I knew I will flunk it. I just suck at writing essays, especially long ones. I have not even started studying yet. Anyway yesterday was the LRM Sports Day. It was fun. I am not a very good defender and probably that was one of the reason why we lost in the last match. Win or lose doesn't matters, what matters most is the process right? In games, there are always so many inevitable arguments. It is not an exception too this time. But at least I get to see the another side of everyone which made the class even more united. Played volleyball with the girls aftermath. I totally have no talent for it while Wendy and Wei Lin were really great! And I am gonna eat Chilli Crab tonight, so happy!

I changed my blogskin! So how was it? Give comments about it okay! Yea have a hard time editing the pictures on top but I still failed to get the size I want. Well I shall do it next time when I am really free. Gonna do homework and watch TV at the same time after posting this up. But I will end up watching TV all the time. Yea anyway fast updates for this week. Basically, everything was alright in school except for Comm Skills. I shall not elaborate it. Nananananana. Yeah I guess yesterday was the best day of the week cause I get to do some catching-up with the girls at our usual playground, got my pay cheque, had my wireless internet, like finally. I am gonna paint my room tomorrow. Lizards, you better don't let me see you :/

I know it is kinda late to post this up but anyway went out with Vanessa on Deepavali. Our first stop was the FOS-Wingtai. Well that place is rather messy. In the end, only I manage to buy a top cause the tops Vanessa wanted, sizes are too big for her. Yea and we both saw this skirt which is really nice but it costs 50 plus even after discount. We went Queenstown after that. There is a lot of nice clothes there but they are not affordable at all. However, Vanessa still manage to buy two pairs of slippers for herself. We both bought the same necklace too. At least both of us are not empty-handed (:

Oh finally the FILA chart for Comm Skills is almost done. Another great thing is that the tutor seems to be in a good mood today. Nevertheless, Japanese class is always so fun.

Happy Birthday Tay Liang Yu! :D

Went back to secondary school for girl guides South Division Day together with Liangyu and Qianhan. As usual, we are there to do sai kang. However, it is great to see the juniors actually put in effort for the whole event. Kudos to those who had participated! Lunched at Pastamania after that. Ooooooooooh the Chicken Sasuage is always so nice. We played at the space playground, chit-chat and home sweet home after that!

Monday was the first day of school and I had Communication Skills Two! The teacher always asked us to research everything on ourselves, then that defeat the purpose of having a teacher right. It was kinda fun and at the same time taxing too. That was because everyone's brain was block during the project discussion on the first day of school.

Went to Tampines Mall to celebrate Gin Yee's birthday on Tuesday! It was a belated celebration cause her birthday was on the 18th. We got her a scrapbook togther with many photos of everyone inside. That is so meaningful can. We had our lunch at Pizza Hut and not forgetting the Black Forest birthday cake! Hahaha, it was so funny when Eelee and I couldn't find the lighter for the cake. After that, went back to school for F&B Fundamentals. It is so much like Food & Nutrition in secondary school. I hope the decision I made to leave behind my secondary school books and notes would be helpful. Anyway I will be taking Accounting in the next semester too so prolly my POA notes will help? Who knows? Hahaha.

Wednesday is the day I write this post. School was fun today with Japanese lecture in the morning. The teacher is so cute with the Japanese accent. Yeah and I am still looking forward to Japanese tutorial though it will be a dreadful day tomorrow (9.30am to 6pm). I was supposed to have work after MacroEcons but I called Brad and he said no need to work for the whole week till next week when they contact us again. I have no idea why was I so happy when I heard it, maybe because I wouldn't want to waste my earliest release to go to work. Another good news is that I get to attend this week gathering (if there is). To tell the truth, I wasn't really looking forward to this telemarketing job right now. Well, just don't have the mood to do it. You can say that I am a three mintues hot kinda person.

Oh man I am still in the holiday mood! :D

Re-wind back to Yesterday:
Went gym with Jerlin and Ah Ma in the morning. Then after that Qianhan and Shuying came to join us for lunch. After lunch, we headed to Abigail's house to use her computer while Jerlin had tuition with her. Everyone got tired of the computer games then we started to play cards. In the evening, dinnered at the usual Balestier fishhead steamboat that my family always goes. I ordered my favourite Cereal Prawn! But that day, that dish wasn't really nice compared to last time. I ordered a extra dish that I have never tried before and that is Salad Tofu. Woots, that is super nice! Hahaha. Went back to Bishan and my brother bought me a hair straightener for my birthday present! Ha, I am so happy with that present and went home to try straight away. Yea before that, went to buy a small Tiramisu Cake at Crystal Jade. Hmm, it wasn't that nice as I thought. When I reach home, I saw the birthday gift from HuiQi. It is a Gingerbread man tin box. And inside was a birthday card and 17 hearts she folded for me. Another pretty present :D

Re-wind back to Wednesday:
Had dinnered at New York New York with KCP Clique. Sadly, there isn't any table big enough to hold the 12 of us. Most of us ordered Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken. It is super nice with the teriyaki sauce and wedges. The girls got me the small Piyo Piyo I wanted and a Hoody. As usual, we standed outside NYNY after paying the bill to decide where to go. In the end, we decided to go over to Marina Square! Jocelin, Kenny and I played Gutair Freaks and we really got addicted to it. Especially Kenny! Played pool again after that with Abigail's treat cause she wanted to play it badly. Sadly, we didn't get to take a group photo afterall.

Re-wind back to Tuesday:
TP Clique surprised me by coming to my house without me knowing. Yea and they bought me a chocolate cake. They got me a GREEN Adidas Watch and a GREEN birthday card. The watch is so pretty! Dinnered at Sushi-Teh. I ordered Chawanmushi and some mixed seafood Don. They are both so nice to eat, hahaha. As Eelee and I was sitting next to the window that can see the Chef cooking, then we both keep looking at the food he was cooking. They looked so yummy! Played pool at Marina Square after that and they are all so good at playing can. And TP Clique, thanks for all the treats!

Tomorrow last day of work at United Square! Next week I will be at TPY's Watson. Hahaha it's like so fast. The Colgate job is not as fun as F1 ushering. It is like duh! I am super bored and I have no one to talk to cause the staffs there looks rather busy and the crowd is really pathetic though it was a weekend. But I am rather happy cause sales got better today. Yesterday, Shuying, Ah Ma, Kenny and Vanessa came to visit me in the afternoon after their shopping at some Converse fair. Well they are there to entertain me, at least the time passed faster with them around. Then later in the night, Joshua and his friend came too. Wah he even made his friend posed as a customer to trick me. Joshua re-bonded his hair!

I had finished playing CSI: Hard Evidence last night! The game was rather short cause there are only 5 stories but it cost me 2GB in my notebook. Didn't went over to Jerlin's house yesterday with the rest cause I need to buy another pair of covered shoes for working. Yea I manage to get it, but my mum only accompanied me for 2 hours and she rush off to my big aunt's house to play majhong. Wah, in that case I should have just went to Jerlin's house instead and buy my shoes tonight.

Was listening to the tracks on my Window Media Player and I realise I need to get some new songs from either Radio or friends. Came across the NDP 2005 song, I really miss all the fun and dancing we did together!

Yeah I will be starting work tomorrow as a Colgate promoter, sadly alone. Hahaha but I am still pretty looking forward. Probably the main reason is that I get to earn my keep. I will be working at United Square's Cold Storage (3th to 5th). Anyone of you who are free or pass by, come and visit me!
(Just receive an email from Jessica, I will be working at Toa Payoh Hub's Watson from 10th to 12th instead of United Square, well I think it's alright cause both places are near my house)

F1 craze three

F1 is over! I thought Lewis Hamilton will win last night. It turns out to be Fernando Alonso who emerge as Champion for the 2008 Grand Prix. Alright followed by Nico Rosberg who was second.

Yea really had a lot of fun during the F1 Grand Prix cause I get to do full shift again! Yea I will never forget everything that happen during F1 cause it is just too unforgettable. Sadly, we can't keep the usher t-shirt so the one who is I/C of us gave us the Grandstand lanyard. I had actually thought of what to post up about the F1 event last night before I sleep but now, I have totally forgotten about it hahaha. Oh yea and I saw Shuying and Lucas thrice in the race hahaha.

Shopping with Vanessa, Ah Ma and Shuying today. Ha, still managed to buy a backpack despite walking for hours. We are still back at the Zinc shop after walking through so many place, we still prefer the bag at that shop. But I am sure that my mum is going to nag at me for buying that bag. Hahaha! We went to the shop, Heroic Rendezvous at Suntec City. Oh man the bags and the t-shirts there are really nice! Well to me, the things they sell were rather expensive cause I had never tried buying a bag at $119. However, the designs they offered are really nice and cute. Yea and I saw this cute soft toy that resembles Piyo Piyo but in a smaller form. I actually wanted to buy but I don't have enough cash with me and also I am waiting for the price to drop since it is a new arrival. So I have decided, I will buy that when I received my pay :D

Ooh tomorrow is the Colgate training. Gotta sleep early tonight or not I will not able to wake up just like last week.

YEAH! I get to work full shift just now cause all the standbys are activated! I am so HAPPY! I hope that I will be able to work full shift tomorrow too at the same place even though I don't get to watch the race! I had a lot of fun just now!

F1 craze one

Today was the first day of Formula 1 event. It is not the actual race, it is just practice only. The actual race is on Sunday. I got nothing to do, I just slacked at the staff canteen cause I was just a standby but at least there is free food. And their food was not bad. Just now the Kelly Services personnel called me and said that I will be deployed to be ushers tomorrow. I hope I can really work full shift at least one out of the three days and not sit there for 3 hrs. Mango and Joshua get to work full shift tonight. And then it only left Eelee, PohLi and me at the staff canteen after that. And I really cannot believe that PohLi was actually Year 2 in TP already hahaha. It would be so memorable for Mango cause he gotta work on his birthday. Although I was a standby, at least I get to watch and walked around for 1 hr before tapping out.

Formula 1 is such a SUPER 'LOUD' event!

Yesterday we celebrated Mango's birthday in advance at City Hall. Before that, we had this Colgate training at Shaw House. The scenerio role-playing are really hilarious especially the ones with the Hokkien pai kai and the Malay old women as the consumers. Not forgetting WeiXiang's "What's your problem?" (Hahaha inside joke) We played arcade at City Hall. All of us played Para Para Dance except Joshua. We gonna made him solo next time. Yea Eelee and WeiXiang are super funny when they are playing. Upon thinking about it, I am like laughing like a fool in front of the monitor. Yea Kinheng came to join us after that and we went steamboat at Novena. Eelee really like to eat rice haha and she said her highest record was actually 6 bowls of rice. I think it is really a lot for a skinny girl like her.

So sad, the CSI: Hard Evidence I have been downloading for ages cannot play again! I wonder what went wrong, gonna ask my brother to fixed it when he is free.

I am very updated about what I am I doing this recently but my chat board seems to be really quiet. Hahaha but I know there are people who came to my blog and they won't leave a tag behind. Well I miss my cousin, Tang Hui Qi cause I have not been seeing her for weeks. Probably because she need to prepare for her fat ass O's. All the best and I am sure she can do really really really well. Went to watch Mama Mia with Abigail, Jerlin, Ah Ma and Lenice. Woots, the movie was not bad. All I have to say it is a very sweet movie. Abigail got two new nicknames which are Mama Giao and Papa Pia. Hahaha. As usual, days out everyday this week except Monday hahaha. I tried to withdraw money from the bank using my bankbook in the afternoon and I did it! I just hope that I don't take the money in it for granted! :/
Woots I am confirmed a job at some Colgate event with the help of Eelee. I will be going training with the TP clique on Thursday. However I will still be free on weekdays cause this one is just a Friday to Sunday work, that means I am still free on Monday to Thursday! Yea but I think it will be quite difficult for me to go out with my parents cause they will be working till evening during weekdays and actually the only time I can go out with them usually are weekends. Well well but I know I will have money to spend on my materislistic needs, made new friends and learn new things. There is always gain and lose. I will try my very best to find time for the folks. Oh yea and I heard on Radio 98.7FM, the cinemas are going to show Dark Knight again early next year. Weird right, I don't quite get what they meant too.

I have realised that I have been posting all my rants in the previous post.
I have to say, sometime I am rather childish hahaha. I hope to remain as a Chiquitita forever.
